Baked Pancake Bowl
  1. Combine the egg, yogurt, milk, flour, protein powder, honey, and baking powder in a bowl.

  2. Pour the batter into a baking dish or individual ramekins.

  3. Top with your choice of fruits.

  4. Bake at 180°C/350°F for 20-25 minutes.

  5. You can top the baked pancake bowl with additional honey or maple syrup if desired.
