Healthy & Easy Dates Cake
  1. Preheat oven to 180c

  2. In a bowl, add dates and warm milk. Let it sit until the dates have softened (about 30 minutes).

  3. Blend the dates and milk together to form a paste

  4. Add this, along with the remaining ingredients to a bowl. Mix well.

  5. Pour mixture into a prepared loaf tin, and spread evenly.

  6. Top with chocolate chips (optional)

  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
