Blue Vegan Cornbread
  1. Preheat oven to 425 and put baking pan in oven

  2. Mix chia seeds, milk, vinegar, butter & applesauce, let it sit for 10 minutes

  3. Mix other ingredients in a different bowl, after the 10 minutes mix both bowls together

  4. Take out hot baking pan, grease with oil, add batter 5. Deduce oven to 350 & cook for 30-40 minutes
