Roasted Garlic And Parmesan Chicken
  1. Marinate the chicken with olive oil, parmesan, lemon juice and zest, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, lemon pepper, Italian seasoning, harissa, and fresh parsley.

  2. Slice the top off a garlic head and drizzle it with olive oil, salt, pepper, chili flakes, and Italian seasoning.

  3. Wrap the garlic in foil and bake in the oven with the chicken at 400°F for 30 minutes.

  4. Make a sauce with olive oil, parsley, parmesan, light mayonnaise, the roasted garlic, and the cooked chicken juice from the pan.

  5. Brush the sauce all over the cooked chicken.
