Jodi's Chicken Tikka Masala Soup
  1. Sauté onion and garlic in coconut oil until just soft.

  2. Add Tika masa seasoning and fry one minute

  3. Add tomatoes and bring to a simmer.

  4. Purée tomatoes and onions and add to 4 cups of chicken broth in soup pot.

  5. Add shredded cooked chicken breast and bring to simmer.

  6. Before serving blend in one can of coconut milk and heat through. Serve with rice on the side
