
Preheat your oven to 180C(fan)/200C(electric)/400F/Gas mark 6.
Mix the two ingredients until combined. The mixture should be easily spoonable.
Line a baking sheet with baking paper and drop spoonfuls of the fruit and oat mixture to form the cookies. You should get around 4 or 5 pieces.
Bake for 15 minutes. Leave to cool down.
