Instant Pot Butter Chicken
  1. Cut the chicken breast into 1 inch cubes.

  2. Add neutral oil to the Instant Pot.

  3. With the pressure cooker in sauté mode, add the ginger garlic paste, butter chicken masala, salt, and red chili powder.

  4. Add the chicken cubes and stir to coat with the spices.

  5. Add the tomato paste and stir to combine.

  6. Pressure cook on high for 10 minutes and release pressure manually when cooking completes.

  7. Switch the pressure cooker back to sauté mode, and add the butter and heavy cream, and stir to create a creamy sauce.

  8. Garnish with chopped cilantro or kasoori methi.
