Seafood Boil Sauce
  1. Melt the butter slowly over low heat.

  2. Add in the garlic and cook until fragrant.

  3. Stir in all the seasonings and red pepper flakes; mix well.

  4. Squeeze in the orange and lemon juice.

  5. Pour in the heavy cream and stir until fully combined.

  6. Let the sauce simmer on medium-low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
