
Slice the bacon in pieces then cook in the pan and remove once golden.
Keep 1-2T of bacon grease and add the chopped onion.
Once soft add the jalapeño and garlic.
Cook for a minute then add the beef.
Break apart and cook for a few minutes then season with all the seasonings.
Stir and cook for another 3-5 mins.
Add the remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, cover and simmer for about 45mins to an hour!
