
Take pizza dough trimmings and re-mold them into a ball.
Roll it flat and slice it into strips with a pizza cutter.
Cover with saran wrap for about 20 minutes and let it rise.
Unwrap, brush the top with clarified butter, then sprinkle onion powder, garlic powder, grated mozzarella, and shredded parmesan.
Bake for 5 to 6 minutes at 475°F.
