Gordon Ramsay's Favorite Easy Pasta Dish
  1. Prepare the shallots and garlic by grating them.

  2. Soak the leek slices in cold water to clean them.

  3. Make fresh breadcrumbs by tearing up bread and processing it.

  4. Cook shallots and garlic in olive oil until soft.

  5. Add sage leaves and ground turkey, cook until meat is browned.

  6. Cook leeks in boiling water for 1 minute, then add pasta and cook until al dente.

  7. Add cream to the turkey sauce, bring to a boil then simmer.

  8. Cook sage breadcrumbs in olive oil until golden brown.

  9. Combine drained pasta with cream sauce, parsley, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.

  10. Top with sage breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
