Buttery Sautéed Frozen Peas
  1. Melt the butter in a skillet.

  2. Sauté the garlic until very light golden on medium heat, around 30 seconds.

  3. Add the frozen peas, salt, and pepper to the skillet.

  4. Add one tablespoon of water to create steam for faster cooking.

  5. Cook for five minutes, stirring occasionally, until the peas are heated through.

  6. Serve in a bowl or directly onto dinner plates.
