Slow Cooker Caramelized Onions
  1. Slice onions

  2. Spray slow cooker with non-stick spray

  3. Add onions to slow cooker and drizzle with olive oil

  4. Cover and cook on low for 10 hours

  5. Move lid so that slow cooker has several open inches at the top. This will allow extra liquid to evaporate and give your onions a nice, thick consistency.
