Sugar Buns
  1. Combine egg, sugar and salt with a whisk.

  2. Mix in melted butter, warm milk and water.

  3. Add in flour and yeast. Knead until a dough forms.

  4. Cover and let rise, 1-2 hours.

  5. Divide into equal pieces, approximately 80 g each.

  6. Roll out and spread a thin layer of soft butter followed by some sugar.

  7. Roll up and cut & form the buns like shown on the video.

  8. Cover and let rise 30 mins.

  9. Brush with egg wash.

  10. Bake at 350 F for 30 mins.
