Grandma's Pineapple Casserole

⅓ cup sugar

3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1 20-ounce can juice pack pineapple chunks or tidbits

1 20-ounce can juice pack crushed pineapple

1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (6 ounces)

1 cup coarsely crushed rich round crackers (about 24 crackers)

2 tablespoons butter, melted

Prep Pan Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 1 ½- to 2-qt. rectangular or oval baking dish; set aside.
Mix Ingredients In a small bowl stir together the sugar and flour. In a medium bowl stir together undrained pineapple and cheese.
Assemble Sprinkle sugar mixture over the pineapple mixture; stir to combine. Transfer to prepared baking dish.
Add Topping In small bowl stir together crackers and butter; sprinkle over pineapple mixture.
Bake and Serve Bake in preheated oven until top is golden brown and casserole is bubbly, about 30 minutes. Serve warm.
