The Worlds Easiest Bread - Rye Bread
  1. Mix all of the dry ingredients, mix the water, honey & yeast - then mix together and add the seeds, fully combine

  2. Cover with a damp towel or shower cap for 1-2 hours or fridge overnight (it is ok overnight in the kitchen too)

  3. Remove & slightly shape into a rectangle & add to a loaf tin lined with baking paper or greased with oil. You can just use a baking tray too. Cover for 30-40 mins

  4. Bake for 30-40 mins at 220 degrees C adding some water or ice to the oven to create steam

  5. Remove, leave to cool for 30 mins & ENJOY
