Keto Bang Bang Chicken Thighs
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a bowl, toss chicken thighs with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.

  3. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes. Broil for the last 2 minutes for extra crispiness.

  4. While chicken bakes, mix together Kewpie mayo, sugar-free sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha.

  5. Brush sauce over cooked chicken and return to oven for 2 more minutes.

  6. Garnish with parsley flakes and serve hot.
