In a pan with olive oil, add ground turkey, 1 tbsp Tony's Creole, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, Italian seasoning, crushed red pepper, green peppers, onion, 6 cloves chopped garlic, & salt & pepper. Sauté that together until the meat is browned and veggies are softer.
Pour in marinara, bring pan to a boil, lower to a simmer for about 15 mins, & then set it aside.
Bring a pot of water to a boil, salt the water, & boil the spaghetti until al dente.
To make Alfredo sauce, in a separate pot add butter, smoked paprika, 1 tsp Tony's, 1 tsp garlic powder, & 1 tsp onion powder. Stir until the butter is fully melted. Then add in heavy cream & bring the pot to a boil. Once it comes to a boil stir in 6 cloves chopped garlic (don't sauté it first) & parmesan. Lower pot to a simmer, stir consistency for 2 mins, & let it simmer for about 10 mins until it thickens up. Then add the cooked spaghetti to the Alfredo sauce.
Time to assemble: Pour the spaghetti Alfredo into a baking dish, then pour over the turkey bolognese sauce, Top with the shredded cheddar cheese & mozzarella, and sprinkle over some dried parsley flakes. Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes. Serve & Enjoy!
