
In a soup pot add butter, garlic and onions. Saute 2-3 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and mustard.
Add cream cheese, stirring to melt.
Whisk in broth, bring to a simmer.
Add broccoli slaw, cointune to simmer until the vegetable are tender
Stir in chicken and heat through
Add cheese as desired and stir to melt and combine.
For a thicker soup whisk in cornstarch slurry if desired.
Serve sprinkled with additional grated cheese.
