Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions.
Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the diced vegetables and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
Add the sliced steak and stir-fry for another minute or until the steak is cooked through.
Add the cooked ramen noodles and the sauce to the wok or skillet. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
Serve the stir fry in bowls, garnished with the reserved green onions.
