Ina Garten Blueberry Crisp
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  3. In another bowl, toss together blueberries, lemon juice, granulated sugar, and cornstarch until well coated.

  4. Spread the blueberry mixture evenly into a baking dish.

  5. Sprinkle the crisp topping over the blueberries.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 45-50 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the blueberry mixture is bubbling.
