Crispy Baked Chicken Thighs
  1. Preheat the oven to 220C/428F. Lightly grease a baking dish.

  2. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.

  3. Combine the olive oil, garlic cloves, paprika, oregano, dill, honey, and lemon zest in a small bowl.

  4. Place the chicken thighs in a baking pan and coat well with the marinade. Leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to chill, covered.

  5. Bake the chicken for 35-40 minutes until cooked through.
