Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie (without Protein Powder)
  1. Add 1 banana, 1 tbsp chia seeds, ½ cup ice, 1 cup cottage cheese, 1 tbsp cocoa powder, 4 tbsp peanut butter powder, 1 cup milk, and ¼ cup maple syrup to a blender and blend for at least 30 seconds until smooth.
