Burrata Salad (10 Minutes!)
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, and salt, until well combined.

  2. Arrange both types of tomatoes, burrata, and basil leaves on a large platter. Drizzle the dressing over the top.

  3. If desired, drizzle with balsamic glaze and finish with freshly cracked black pepper.
