Select all/reset

Let the water boil
Gently submerge eggs
Boil 8 min on high
Turn off heat and move eggs off heat
Let sit 5 more minutes in water
Empty water
Put 1-2 dozen ice cubes gently in with eggs in same pan
Wait 10 minutes
Voila easy peel eggs
