Avocado Brownies
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line an 8 x 8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

  2. Combine the mashed avocado, almond milk, and maple syrup in a large bowl.

  3. In a separate bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and sea salt.

  4. Mix the flour mixture into the avocado mixture until a smooth batter is formed.

  5. Fold in the chocolate chips. Pour the batter evenly into the prepared pan.

  6. Bake for 40 minutes, or until a fork poked into the center comes out clean.

  7. Remove from the oven and let the brownies sit for 15 minutes before cutting.
