Healthy Chicken Patties
  1. Mix the lean ground chicken (or food processed chicken breast) with the spices listed above.

  2. Form the mixture into 6 (6-oz) patties.

  3. Blend the corn flakes and coat each patty.

  4. Place the patties on a baking tray and spray with light olive oil.

  5. Bake at 400°F for 14-16 minutes.

  6. Place each patty on a low-calorie burger bun with 1 tablespoon of light mayonnaise and shredded lettuce.
