Easy Miso Soup
  1. Combine the miso paste, Hondashi bonito soup stock powder, and chicken bouillon paste in a pot with water.

  2. Bring the mixture to a simmer.

  3. Add the dried wakame seaweed and silken tofu.

  4. If using, add the eggs to create an egg drop soup.

  5. Garnish with scallions (if using).
