
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Grease muffin tins to prepare for the batter.
In a stand mixer, or large mixing bowl, cream the butter and white sugar and brown sugar together.
Add in the Greek yogurt, eggs, milk, and vanilla. Mix until combined.
Next, slowly mix in the flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
Pour the batter into the prepared muffin tin. Fill each tin ¾ full.
In a small bowl, add in the streusel topping ingredients and create coarse crumbs with your hands or a fork. Sprinkle on top of the muffins.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the middle of a muffin.
Cool on a wire rack and enjoy!
