Cashew Butter Protein Balls
  1. In a large bowl, stir the cashew butter and honey together.

  2. Then, add the protein powder, oats, chia seeds, and flaxseed to the bowl and stir with a rubber spatula or wooden spoon. The mixture will be thick, so add 1 tbsp of milk to thin it out if needed. NOTE: you want it to be thick, but you should easily be able to roll it into balls.

  3. Use your hands to roll the mixture into 24 balls. Leave them as-is, or sprinkle with a bit of cinnamon and/or sea salt.

  4. Store balls in the refrigerator for up to 10 days. Enjoy!
