
Wrap the enoki mushrooms with the thinly sliced beef tightly. Set aside.
For the sauce, combine organic water, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar and pepper. Set aside
Heat the oil over medium-high heat and sauté the onion until translucent for 3 minutes.
Place the sliced beef on top of the onion, pour the sauce and simmer for 3 minutes.
Remove the lid, pour the egg whisked to the pan and cook for another 3 minutes.
Serve with a bowl of rice, garnish with green onion, sesame seeds and enjoy!
