  2. In a large bowl, toss the steak with 1 tablespoon olive oil, lime juice, and taco seasoning.

  3. Heat the remaining tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, until shimmering. Add the steak in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until browned on both sides.

  4. Divide the cauliflower rice into 4 bowls, 1 cup each. Top with steak, tomatoes, onions, avocado, and sour cream.
