  1. Soak rice for atleast an hour

  2. Boil lots of water

  3. Add rice and food coloring and some orange peel

  4. When rice is 80% cooked - drain

  5. Same pot add ghee and cardamom, long, kishmish and orange peels, sugar

  6. Cook on low until it crystallizes

  7. Then add milk and mix

  8. Add rice and dum on low
