Chanay Ki Daal
  1. Put tomato, haldi, salt, paprika, water, pepper, coriander powder, and daal in pressure cooker. Cook for 14 min and natural release

  2. Open and mash against wall and add garlic powder

  3. Make tadka - add ghee then cumin then onions until golden brown then chilies and sauté and turn off heat.

  4. Add garam masala and kasuri methi and then mix with daal.

  5. Cover immediately for 5 min and then garnish
