Smashed Dumpling Tacos

1 lb ground pork

2 T white wine vinegar

½ T soy sauce

¼ c finely chopped green onion

4 garlic cloves, minced

2 T minced ginger

½ tsp kosher salt

8 small flour tortillas

Oil, for cooking

Thinly sliced cabbage

Shredded carrots

Green onion

Cilantro

Select all/reset

Mix up the filling
Scoop onto tortillas and spread into an even layer
Smash and cook meat-side down in a hot skillet until crisp
Flip and cook until the tortilla is golden
Top and serve hot
