
In a large skillet over medium high heat add the ground beef, red bell pepper, green bell pepper and onion.
Cook until the beef is brown and drain off any grease.
To the skillet add the garlic, bbq sauce, chili powder, brown sugar, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
Let everything cook together for about 10-15 minutes until slightly thickened.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Slice your Hawaiian rolls in half and place 6 slices of cheddar on the bottom and top with the sloppy joe mix.
Top the sloppy joe mix with the remaining 6 slices of cheese and the tops of the buns.
Brush the bun tops with the melted butter and sprinkle with a little sesame seeds and parsley.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
Serve immediately
