
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a muffin tin.
In a bowl, whisk together pancake mix, milk, eggs, and melted butter until combined.
Divide batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about ¾ full.
Add mix-ins to each cup and gently stir them in.
Bake for 12–15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let cool slightly, then remove from the muffin tin and serve.
