Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Trim Brussels sprouts and cut in half if they are large.

  3. Toss Brussel sprouts with olive oil, balsamic and bacon.

  4. Season generously with salt and pepper and place on a baking sheet, flat side down.

  5. Roast 20-25 minutes or until Brussels are tender.
