
In a large pot start with the butter melting.
Bring to a boil watch as the butter rises, reduce heat and bring to a boil again keep this on the fire for 1 ½ to 2 hours.
Once it start to clear up you add the bulgur or cracked wheat for 30 minutes.
The reason why I add the cracked wheat is to remove any moisture or water from the butter.
Remove from the stove and allow it to cool down for about 3 to 4 hours put it right into a jar allow it to harden up to a thick yellow overnight once it's solid once cover it and put away.
No need to put it in a fridge I usually have it in a cool area or wherever you put your oils.
