mix dry ingrediants.
In seperate bowl mash bananas, mix in vanilla and microwave peanut butter for 30sec to make mixing easier.
Then mix everything together. Can put on a glove to make sure everything's combined properly.
Put in a square lined baking tray bake for 14min at 180. I cut into 12 squares so lasts me 2 weeks. Store in the fridge.
Allow to cool before cutting up.
I also sometimes swap out the dark choc chips for white and the peanuts for freeze dried chopped up raspberries.
