30g Protein One Pot Burrito Bake
  1. In a large pan on medium heat spray some oil in a pan, add garlic, ground beef, and half a packet of taco seasoning. Cook your ground beef through make sure to drain the excess oil.

  2. In a separate oven safe dish or dutch oven add rice, beef stock, onions, tomatoes, beans, corn, cilantro, and the rest of the taco seasoning. mix and combine.

  3. Top with your beef mixture and salsa of choice, spread evenly and top with shredded cheese.

  4. Bake uncovered on 375 for 45mins and enjoy to your liking; either bowl style on a bed on lettuce, on a tortilla, or as is withy our favorite toppings!
