Taste-safe Sensory Foam
  1. Use a strainer to drain the liquid from a can of chickpeas and pour it into a mixing bowl.

  2. Divide the liquid into as many different bowls as the colors you plan on making.

  3. Add food coloring and stir until combined.

  4. Add a few pinches of cream of tartar, then use an electric hand mixer to whip the colored chickpea liquid until stiff peaks form.

  5. Use immediately and discard after play.
