Cottage Cheese Cookie Dough
  1. Into a food processor, combine 2 cups of cottage cheese, 3 tbsp of sweetener and 2 tsp of vanilla, blitz until smooth.

  2. Add your blended cottage cheese to a large bowl. Add in 2 ¼ cup almond flour, ¾ cup vanilla protein powder, 2 tbsp peanut butter, 1 cup of chocolate chips and 1 pinch of salt. Mix well until fully combined.
