Take your pizza dough and place it on a lightly floured surface.
Roll it over to create a loaf-like shaped dough, removing all air bubbles.
Shape the dough into a longer loaf, closing off the bottom to remove air.
Continue rolling until you have the desired size and shape of the loaf.
Set the loaf out uncovered for 10 to 13 hours to rise.
After it has doubled in size, place it onto a baking sheet.
Bake at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for approximately 15 minutes.
Check if it is lightly browned and sounds hollow when tapped.
