First, defrost the prawns or shrimp in some warm water. Sieve out and use some kitchen paper to squeeze all the water out of the shellfish so they are dry.
Then in a bowl mix the mayonnaise, horseradish, lemon juice, tabasco, Worcestershire sauce, tomato puree and salt and pepper to taste.
Then mix the prawns/shrimp into the seafood sauce and mix well.
Cut the avocado in half and remove the seed (careful for your fingers!!)
Add the shrimp cocktail mix to top off the avocado and sprinkle with some paprika (sparingly).
