Chopped Smoked Salmon Salad
  1. Combine softened cream cheese, light sour cream, fresh squeezed lemon juice, paprika, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth, no lumps.

  2. Add the chopped smoked salmon, diced cucumber, diced shallots, capers, chopped dill and mix well.

  3. Top with everything but the bagel seasoning and enjoy. Serve chilled with cracker or over toasted bread. I also added a few slices of jalapeno and microgreens for extra flavor.
