  1. In a Heated Pan Add Butter and Oil Once Melted Add Curry Powder, Chili Powder, Ginger and Garlic

  2. Mix for 2-3 Minutes Until Spices get Dark Brown In Color

  3. Deglaze Pan Using Water scraping all of those Flavorful Bits from The Bottom Of The Pan. Then Add Coconut Milk, Lime Juice, Salt and Black Pepper.

  4. Let Simmer Until Fully Combined and Slightly Thicken Mixing Occasionally

  5. Add Seasoned Cod and Veggies to the Curry and Cover Until Fully Cooked about 10-12 Minutes Depending on Size

  6. Garnish With Lime wedges Serve Over Rice and Enjoy 🤤
