Mash the potatoes with a glass to form a dough
Add a pinch of salt and 2s of wheat flour
Grab a ball of dough and stuff it with mozzarella cheese
Close it as if forming a pupusa or a gordita
Put a little oil in the comal and sprinkle it with a small brush
Put the gorditas and let it cook for 2 minutes
Turn it over to cook on the other side
Turn it over and let it cook over low heat
