Sweet And Tender Bbq Baby Back Ribs (easy Clean Up)
  1. Pre-Heat oven to 400 F (Cook at 350 F).

  2. Remove the thin fatty membrane from the underside of the ribs.

  3. Lay a double layer of extra wide heavy duty aluminum foil down on your counter.

  4. Coat both sides of the rack generously with the BBQ dry rub (equal parts brown sugar, smoked paprika, and garlic salt).

  5. Place the rack in the middle of the aluminum foil, fold up the long sides like a tent and fold together a few times to seal the seam.

  6. Fold one end a few times to seal, holding the package at a slight angle (open end up), take 1 cup of apple juice and pour it into the open end so that it pours underneath the ribs.

  7. Fold the end to seal the package completely.

  8. Place the sealed package on a cookie sheet or baking pan.

  9. Cook in oven at 350 F for 2 hours.

  10. After 2 hours, carefully open the package.

  11. Mix BBQ Sauce, apple juice, brown sugar, and honey, and generously cover the ribs with the mixture on both sides.

  12. Place rack in the broiler on high for about 7 minutes or until the sauce is just SLIGHTLY charred.
