Preheat oven to 180°C. Cut yams in half if necessary.
Toss all ingredients together in a baking dish, tossing yams in the honey, vegetable/olive oil and balsalmic vinegar until they are well coated. /li>
Bake in a preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until tender.
Place roasted yams in a serving dish and serve hot.
